Remote viewing will be provided for those that cannot attend in person.

The Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) is hosting an informal listening session on the eCYCLE DC program and proposed regulations.

At the listening session, DOEE will present an overview of the eCYCLE DC statute and proposed regulations, stakeholders will be given the opportunity to make statements (3-5 minutes), and there will be a general Q&A. The purpose of the listening session is to provide an informal platform for DOEE to learn from stakeholders about how the proposed regulations will impact the eCYCLE DC program.

Stakeholders may submit formal comments to DOEE by September 12th at 5pm.
